Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using the websites, hosting, servers, software or services provided by Layer Internet Services ("Layer", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services. We provide software consultancy, server management services (web hosting and dedicated servers), custom development and AI implementation services. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are defined in the individual proposal, order or plan you purchase.
Accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable Use. You may not use our infrastructure to host or transmit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or abusive content, to send spam, or to attack or disrupt any network or system. We may suspend services that violate this policy.
Payment. Fees are billed in advance for the applicable period unless stated otherwise. Late or failed payments may result in suspension. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Intellectual Property. Custom development deliverables transfer to you on full payment, except for our pre-existing tools, libraries and frameworks, which remain our property and are licensed to you for use within the delivered work.
Third-Party Services. Our services may rely on third-party datacenters, networks and software. We are not liable for outages or issues caused by such third parties.
Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Layer Internet Services' total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Termination. Either party may terminate a service per the notice period in the relevant plan or proposal. We may suspend or terminate immediately for breach of these Terms.
Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email or on our website.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alipurduar, West Bengal.
