Overview. This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds are issued for Layer Internet Services products and services.
Server Management Services. (a) Shared and cloud hosting plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers. Refund requests after 7 days are not eligible. Domain registration, SSL and setup fees are non-refundable once provisioned. (b) Due to the dedicated hardware allocated to you, dedicated server fees are non-refundable once the server is provisioned. Setup fees are non-refundable.
Custom Development & Consultancy. These are billed against agreed milestones. Work already completed and delivered is non-refundable. Unstarted milestones may be refunded, less any costs already incurred.
AI Implementation. Proof-of-concept and production engagements follow the same milestone rules as custom development.
How to Request. Email thelayerinternet@gmail.com from your registered address with your invoice number and reason. We respond within 3 business days.
Processing Time. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
Chargebacks. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback; we aim to resolve disputes directly and fairly.
